Good Morning, Dear Friends,
I couldn't help but think about all the great rallies we sat through together two years, yes two years, ago. Last night, again was a master piece, but this time the coverage allowed us to experience the enthusiasm of the crowd. Man, the place was jumping, wasnt it?
Promise only what you can deliver, then deliver more than you promise
Trump has kept more than his promises. We all know this. He teaches us, he teaches the world. The current media are like children, and maybe unteachable.
After the rally I watched the tail end of the Washington Press Corp Dinner. No wonder Trump didn't attend. Why should he ever attend? You have no Walter Cronkite's there, no David Brinkleys, etc etc. I doubt if Trump has respect for any of them. Just a collection of Trump haters.
Did everyone see that they invited "The Porn Star's attorney there, who tried to photobomb every interview going on, before the dinner, and that The Punk, David Hogg? What are they doing there, (rhetorical question).
I never realized how truly wimpy Paul Ryan is until he appeared on the screen with his pathetic monologue. He could have been the greatest Speaker, had he been more like Newt was to Reagan.
And then you have John "Bed Hair" Kasich there, anxious for another free Monk Fish meal. He wouldn't shut up.
Why would Trump want to be in the same room with these people? I wouldn't want to be in the same room with these people
Why would Trump ever, and I mean ever want to give an ounce of respect or dignify their obvious agenda, ie to subvert everything he does and is trying to do for us?Especially when the week before he was with and speaking to the people in the world who really matter?
No, Trump was with his people last night. He chose to hang with us than with them.
He must have known that he was throwing his staff to the wolves, and I would think that they will be rewarded in praise for putting up with the slings and arrows of filth.
Sarah Sanders almost brought to tears.
I watched her closely. I cringed and I felt for her, but she did not come almost to tears. To the contrary she was simply not amused, because what she listened to was a prime example of the thin line between humor and hate.
You could hear it in the scattered, and I mean scattered as in one or two people applause, their clapping reflecting the hate in their hearts for this grand lady.
No Sarah did not come almost to tears. She looked annoyed, like when you're 3 1/2 years old and your Mom comes in to the kitchen she just cleaned and you have all the salt and sugar and milk on the floor and you're playing in it.
She realizes who's she's dealing with, so does Kelli Anne, (BTW her husband is like "them"? How does it feel knowing your vote is being canceled by the person you live with?)
This past week opened the eyes of many people, who have come forth, so others will follow, acknowledging that our lives are getting better, and quickly with Trump as president.
Did everyone catch Trump's line last night about The USA having almost twice the GDP of the country second to us? Does that begin to tell you why our planet needs leadership, ie adults in the room.
Leading from behind, we all knew was a slogan that depicts inexperience, lack of courage, and wishy washing thinking. A motto that tells you, the guy in charge hasnt a clue about the people hes supposed to be leading.
Sadly, I don't associate with some people, including some family, with whom I enjoyed talking politics with in the past. Not anymore. As soon as they bash Trump, I'm out of here.
The latest was when I met up with a close friend of mine. She's black, a smart business lady, whom I know to be caught up in that liberal/democrat dogma that was handed down to her.
We always avoid talking about those issues and attitudes that we differ on, esp Trump, but the other night I asked her:So, what did you think about the Cosby verdict?"
She answered as if I had elicited her plantar reflex:"Well, he's not much worse than that friend of yours," (Referring of course to my/our president.) My Friends, I could feel the tension inside me light up within a nanosecond, and I realized that I had to just politely walk away, which I did, and I left.
I may, like Kanye West, have lost a friend and in time others, but right now our president needs our support. We need to finish it in November, and sweep clean the RINOs and liberals, and to demand the end to the filibuster rules, and to finally get us back on the track we fell off after Reagan.
I wake up this morning and I'm reading that North Korea wants to normalize relations with Japan. Say what? People want to be free, and to enjoy the fruits and the pursuits of freedom, especially the young.
In Washington DC last night we saw a spectacle of hate. In Washington, Michigan we saw a spectacle of true love and accomplishment, strength and competence.
Trump to me is like that moment you first realize how big your father is as you reach up to cup your little hand in his. He's the man that makes me sleep confidently at night. God Bless President Trump, and God Bless Our Country.

In a bar last night, and I asked t turn the boxing on. The barmaid flicked through the channels and I saw CNN. I could not believe the headlines, something about Trump disses journalists celebrating 1st amendment.
Why the hell would the President want to sit in a room with a bunch of anti American communists.
Any word on the attendance? Seems Trump alluded to problems filling the venue but wasn’t detailed.
On one hand, if it was half empty I’m sure the deep state media would have panned the crowd, on the other hand, Trump didn’t focus too much on attendance.
Very well said. Kudos.
“He must have known that he was throwing his staff to the wolves, and I would think that they will be rewarded in praise for putting up with the slings and arrows of filth.”
I can see Sanders and Conway walking into Trump’s office Monday Morning and saying, “YOU owe us big time!”.
Don’t worry. The crowd was huge.

Good post.
Good morning Nikos.
Great thoughts. Great memories.
Last nights rally was a barn burner.
This
That actually works. At a family gathering at Christmas time, a few in the room started on Trump bashing, spouting the usual crap that they hear on social media or on late night TV. Without saying a word, I just picked up my drink and left the room. I didn't want to argue with them and spoil the day. It was Christmas and I was with family. To my surprise, other family members joined me and the loudmouths in the other room, having lost most of their audience, fell silent. The rest of the day, Trump was never mentioned by them again.
Hi Nik... gonna link this to the Dose... HUGS
He referred to it early. Full auditorium and thousands outside watching on a Jumbotron.
Never get tired of winning.
It’s masterpiece, one word.
Heard the venue could hold 5,000. President Trump joked they should have found a bigger venue.
Apparently, they could have filled it three times over. There was a two-mile traffic jam of people on the highway to get there.
People began lining up 5:00 am the day before to get in.
The sadness of the HRC supporters continues to this day.
“Shocking, I tell you, shocking!”
We have a small Classical Music Club in my development.
The leader is a dyed in the wool, life long liberal and has not had a meeting since November of 2016. The Dems seem to be in hibernation.
Listening to classical music can’t even lift the spirits of losers.
