Now, the YAF MUST sue for about 20 Billion, so they can own the entire campus, and fire any employee who is unwilling to take an oath to "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States..."
Yes, I know it's a loyalty oath. However, is it so onerous to promise to obey the legally passed laws of the country they are living in? Such as, the First thru the Tenth Amendments?

Good News. The requirement of free speech (another other constitutional rights) applies to any non-profit or for profit organization that receives government money.
