Kim Jong Un agrees to end war, agrees to denuclearization of Korean Peninsula

The leaders of North and South Korea signed a historic declaration Friday pledging "no more war" and a common goal of "complete denuclearization" on the Korean Peninsula.

The countries, which technically remain in a state of war, heralded the deal as part of "a new era of peace" after a historic summit.

North Korea's Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in also vowed to "cease all hostile acts" and to "transform the Demilitarized Zone into a peace zone." The two leaders embraced, and Moon said he would visit Pyongyang in the fall.

In my opinion having had to deal with his granted Father in the early 1990s as part of the NAVY, I believe Grandbaby Kim had no choice on this one.

Things inside North Korea have been changing for the last 2 years, the propaganda broadcast by the South have become more effective, many young military conscripts have out right fled military service at the DMZ and China/Russia borders, the strong response by Trump to little Kim’s rhetoric has caused him to loss much face at home & in Asia, the overall lack of food in the nation is at a critical stage present(the old joke among us Salts was, “If the North invade the South, we could stop them cold by bombing with Big Mac’s) & lastly many North Koreans (especially the young)have no faith in baby Kim as they did with his Grandfather and Father, no matter how many family members & old hardliners he killed.

What we witnessed today was not totally unexpected, Trump just simply sped up the time table by at least a full 10 years. Thank you President Trump!!!!
