Surprise. In fact, Sessions inherited an ongoing investigation by the Inspector General Michael Horowitz. There was an investigation under way (perhaps many) at the very moment Sessions uttered those words. Horowitz had been, in the words of Arlo Guthrie, “oppressed, suppressed, repressed sitting on the Group W bench.” His legitimate investigations under the Obama regime had been squelched, sidetracked, or unceremoniously cancelled. Horowitz was one of those rare Washington creatures: a man who actually has a sense of honesty in his mission.

Hint: you Sessions fans have no idea what, if anything, is going on in secret. The proposition that, ‘If you don’t see anything happening, that means big things are happening,’ is nothing more than wishful thinking.

I like LS’s analysis. Maybe we’ve been screwed by the deep state for soooo long that living in Session’s dilated time line makes it appear that that he is emulating the D.S.

Mueller’s got nothing. The entire resources of the Deep State used an electron microscope to find something dirty on Trump for at least a year prior to Nov 2016. All they could come up with were the pussy tape and a fabricated story about Russia.
Trump has been vetted his entire adult life. The government keeps an eye on rich and influential people like him, even if they’re not in politics.
Repeating, Mueller’s got nothing.
Mueller is a dirty cop who at this point I think is trying to protect his own butt. I originally thought Sessions might be scared/Deep State. Having seen/read some of the things LS mentions in his article, there may be a more intricate game going on. I keep thinking with what we've seen with corrupt/bad actors embedded in government, that it would not be beyond those people to engineer a catastrophe in the US to prevent being put in front of a firing squad or spend the remainder of their lives in Leavenworth. Given that, you have to be very careful and make sure all the pieces are in place before dropping the hammer, and make sure all actors are caught in the net to prevent further mischief.
I think that's where Rudy Giuliani comes in. He nailed the Mafia ala RICO, and that's the type of structure we're dealing with.
If all this follows, I think we'll see the MSM get its due as well.
