President Trump scolded ABC News star reporter Jonathan Karl for asking a “stupid question” about whether or not he would be open to pardoning Michael Cohen during Tuesday’s photo spray with French President Emmanuel Macron.
The FBI raided the office and hotel room of Cohen, who is Trump’s personal attorney, earlier this month. Karl, the Chief White House correspondent for ABC News, asked Trump if he would consider pardoning Cohen.
“Stupid question,” Trump responded while looking directly at Karl. “Anybody else, please?”

Reporters shouldn't control the president. It should be the other way around.
Trump has done that and put the stupidest ones in their places.
I find absolutely nothing wrong with the way the president handled Karl.
Of course, we could have had Hillary and she would have had the reporter "disappear", if you get my drift.
Karl ought to feel lucky Trump just dressed him down in front of his cohorts.
I know none of them by sight, other than that little peckrsniffer Acosta. He is in conservative articles often enough to ID.

For every odd remark that Trump makes, he says a dozen other things that make perfect sense and he makes his detractors sound ridiculous. I’ll gladly accept that ratio anyday in return for bold and principled leadership.

This is why I love this president and why I love Nick Saban. They both tell reporters how stupid their questions are.
Macron looked like he was having trouble not bursting into laughter when President Trump called out the reporter.
Too bad his comment was not emphasized with an upraised middle finger.
That is all the media types deserve.

It was deceiving to watch him... a southern gent. But the stories of what he pulled behind the scenes is pretty amazing.
I'll say one thing for LBJ... there was a guy who knew exactly what to do with power...like Trump.
On the other hand, there are guys like Obozo who are positively intimidated by power. It confuses and scares them. They think you demonstrate your power by lording it over other people and prancing around like you're a hereditary, dynastic monarch. What Obozo never got was that in US, people with political power are civil servants held to established law and beholden to the PEOPLE.
