I don’t necessarily boycott establishments that forbid concealed carry on their property. I walk in anyway.

If they notice I’m carrying, they can get the vapors and ask me to leave. No problem.

I conceal carry everywhere I go, have not had any problems from any establishments/business. Then again I live in Texas.

“If they notice I’m carrying, they can get the vapors and ask me to leave. No problem.”

That’s the correct action. Here in Illinois we’ve noticed a surprising lack of the legally require signage, even at these chains which supposedly ban guns on their premises.

So Mrs. L and I carefully check to see if the sign meets the requirements of Illinois law. If it does, we ignore it, mostly. If it doesn’t we pay it no mind whatsoever.

Our local Target, for instance, fails to display the legally required sign. So for all their public bleating and virtue signaling, we stroll right in on those rare occasions we shop there at all. The same holds true for Costco, Whole Foods, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.

Concealed means just that, after all.

I actually have a theory that this is done purposefully, using incorrect signage I mean. That way they can mollify the bed wetters while those of us who know the law can arm ourselves anyway.
