It’s not just Hillary Clinton who can’t quit Russia. The whole Democratic Party keeps going back to 2016.
In a move that reeks of desperation, the DNC filed a civil suit Friday against President Trump’s campaign, Russia and WikiLeaks, alleging a vast (right wing!) conspiracy to tip the election to Trump.
The suit’s flamboyant charges made headlines, but that only served to obscure the real meaning. Namely, that top Dems are giving up their fantasies that special counsel Robert Mueller will deliver them from political purgatory by getting the goods on Trump.
The trashy suit is their way of trying to keep impeachment and Russia, Russia, Russia alive for the midterms in case Mueller’s probe comes up empty.
Truth be told, party leaders are right to be disheartened by setbacks in the War against Trump. For the second time, the president was told he is not a target of Mueller, this time by Rod Rosenstein, the deputy assistant attorney general who created Mueller.
While Trump could still become a target, the odds of that happening decline by the day.
The probe started in the summer of 2016 by the FBI, and was taken over by Mueller nearly a year ago. Despite a large, secret budget and a squad of seasoned gunners, many of them Clinton supporters, Mueller hasn’t produced any evidence of a crime by the president.
If he had, Trump would be a target.

Evidently they don’t have any issues to focus on or they would dump off this issue. Rat’s are very desperate and unfocused.

I agree the lawsuit seems to be an idiotic act of desperation. There is a small chance one or more of Mueller’s Rat mercenaries have leaked something to the DNC
that they could use in a civil case versus a criminal case due to the lower evidence standard. Think OJ and the successful civil suit against him. Rat Judge and a Rat venue, who knows what kind of BS they could pull off.
The damage that has been done to the public’s perception of Justice will take decades to recover. A special council is search of a crime is disgusting to Americans, it reeks of Stalinist Russia, the KGB, and the German SS. I can’t even look at friends who are lawyers because I know that naked disgust will show on my face. I no longer believe in the American justice system.

There is a theory that part of the reason Giuliani agreed to step into the mess was to work out a face-saving way for Mueller to come up empty. Hoping it’s true.
Never forget, while the FBI catered to the Dem's wet dreams, they ignored warnings of what Nicolas Cruz was about to do, and 17 people died as a result.

We can only hope that Trump’s response to the suit mentions ‘frivolous’ due to the fact the DNC server was downloaded to a flash drive at the location of the server, indicating both physical access and login access by the perps. The perps are likely the Pakistani gang hired-but-not-vetted by Wassermann - Schulz. More embarassing is the loss of control over the server cracking tools of the NSA, CIA, FBI, and DOJ that were sitting unprotected on the DNC server at the time.
That’s true. But while the danger is real, so is the upside. The Democrat’s generic advantage over Republicans has seen steady erosion. The never-ending lawfare against Trump started backfiring months ago.
Actually, we beat them playing fair in a game that was heavily rigged in their favor!

Their donors are rabid, pathological anti-Trumpers. They needed to pull a stunt like this just to raise money for this election cycle.
Lose an election? Challenge it. If that doesn’t work, sue the other party.
There are a raft full of known crimes and criminals all in the Democrat party that are have direct links to the Mueller probe. His failure to address any of these flagrant and blatant crimes and criminals makes his investigation a witch hunt against Trump. America deserves better.
