Did anyone else just watch Nunez on Bartiromos show? He was talking about how the FBIs Trump investigation got started. Apparently the evidence shows that Clinton associates Blumenthal and Shear gave opposition research on Trump to Clinton confidantes in the State Dept who then passed it onto the FBI to serve as information to begin an investigation.

So it looks like Sessions’ recusal has gone right over the heads of officials at the DOJ, too. It’s not just me.
Phew, what a relief!
Unnamed supposed sources at the DOJ.
From the link:
‘According to a Breitbart report, when Gaetz asked Sessions to appoint a special counsel to look into the Uranium One deal, the attorney general abruptly stood up and said he couldnt discuss the matter because of the recusal and left the room.
That left the House Judiciary Republicans with a group of aides to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who Gaetz said showed “no interest” in discussing a potential Uranium One Justice Department investigation.
Gaetz said Sessionss “broad” interpretation of the recusal puts Rosenstein in charge, which he called “troubling.”’
LOL. Yeah, sure.
Sessions takes action as though he were not recused from Uranium One, but the sources from DOJ in this article who say he is not recused from it are fake. There ya go. Don’t let anything get inside your head that is contrary to your world view.
Yes, I am LOLing at you.
I.e.: from the link you posted in 180.
I remember those Gaetz comments now.
LOL.
Gaetz said that when he asked Sessions to appoint a special counsel to investigate the 2010 Uranium One deal and Fusion GPS, the attorney general stood up, said he could not discuss the matter because he had recused himself, and walked out of the room, leaving them with a group of Rosenstein staffers who showed no interest.
He said that anything that had to do with 2016 election, or Russia, or the candidates in the 2016 election, fell under the scope of his recusal, and he left the room, Gaetz said.
It was Sessions position that his recusal on the Russia matter divorced him from any oversight on Uranium One and Fusion GPS. Thats troubling. Sessions recusal is a function of his involvement in the Trump campaign. In no world does that impact his judgment as it relates to Fusion GPS and Uranium One. But he views the recusal more broadly. Thats troubling because that puts Rosenstein in charge, he said.
Document Sessions taking action using real sources.
Get it?
It was a complex question about more than just Uranium One. Because GPS was a part of the campaign issues, he couldn’t answer.
But for Uranium One as a single issue, he has taken actions that prove he does not consider himself recused from Uranium One. What’s so difficult about that?
Well there you have it. It’s a firsthand account from one of the House’s actual conservatives; game over.
I already have.
In December 2017 Sessions asked the swamp to determine whether a new investigation into Uranium1 was needed. The point of the reevaluation was to decide whether a Special Counsel was warranted or not.
Surprise, surprise. The swamp (which includes Sessions) decided that Special Counsels are only needed for coup attempts against Trump, and by no means are they needed to examine Uranium1.
Fact.
the noose tightens..
Now you’re reaching all the way back to October and November. It’s as if you haven’t noticed that it’s 2018.
Sessions couldn’t make the call himself so he asked the swamp to make it for him. In a real shocker, the swamp decided that it didn’t want to be investigated by a SC.
Sessions is a lost cause. He saddled Trump with the SC from Hades and gave the swamp a free pass.
