TRENTON, Fla. — Two deputies in Trenton, Florida were killed in the line of duty on Thursday.
Around 3 p.m., two Gilchrist County Deputy Sheriffs were shot and killed in the Ace China restaurant in downtown Trenton, after a suspect walked up to the business and shot both deputies through the window.
According to the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, when fellow deputies responded to the scene, they found the shooter deceased outside the business and both deputy sheriffs deceased.

Prayers up for the families. Our LEOs are going to have to assume they always will be targeted. An old practice is to NEVER sit with your back to the door or an outside window.

FWIW, I personally think an FBI agent murdered Seth Rich, then the gun he was shot with was REPORTED STOLEN THAT NIGHT.
Guess he never made the initiation then since he off’ed himself there...
That’s what it is around here most of the time.....at least when the media gives them names and pictures. If not for certain demographics we wouldn’t have much crime. But the left distorts by calling reporting the truth bigoted.

Re: Seth Rich. Yes that is an interesting theory and from what we are learning about the FBI, not at all far fetched. Innocent people jailed, dying in jail, 100m dollar law suits and now a stolen gun? How convenient.
I never underestimate the sickness of the left. Any group of people who think killing the unborn is a right, while at the same time opposing the execution of convicted murderers is capable of anything.

They were eating Chinese food and shot from the window. Ambushed and killed for no reason. We shall see the killer soon enough. My bet is white guy.
OMG! Huge prayers for their families and friends. Merciful God, give those families the strength and courage to face these terrible days and to know they are not alone. Amen.
We all know who made it open season on cops. They will pay a very high price someday. Meanwhile, this thug is already paying that price as he burns in hell tonight where he belongs. Imagine the scene as he stood for his judgement in front of the throne of the Lord and the souls of those two cops walked up beside him. The next words he heard likely were “What have you done?” “I never knew you and you are banished to hell for eternity.”
An ms13 isn’t going to kill himself afterwards.

I never have my back to potential trouble and sit with the best view in front and no vulnerability in the back. Yes, this can be construed as paranoia but it’s vigilance in an insane world and Army habit.
