One America News’ Pearson Sharp visited the war-torn town of Douma outside the capital of Damascus, looking for evidence of a chemical attack. However, residents there deny the claims of an attack, and say it was staged to help the rebels escape.

It’s more than iffy taking anything spoken by the Syrian people from any of these sites. Deception and falsehood is a daily practice of survival in their country...and otherwise a part of the culture.

You do realize chemical weapons have a limtied life span. There would be NO evidence now of a chem weapon attack

That reporter is British Robert Fisk, who has a history of anti-Israeli coverage.

I like OAN. They are “Pro American” and pretty “dull” with the delivery of news. It’s an old fashion facts and data operation, for the most part. It reminds me of the old days of cable news.

Odd isn’t it. OAN editorial position on Syria magically gets validated by their reporter. Just like the fake media their “news” just happens to validate their ownership’s poltical opinions.
The OAN reporter talked to medical staff in the hospital, when the White Helmets brought kids in and said “chemical attack”, then hosed them down. The medical staff observed no chemical usage whatsoever. Found suffocation from dust due to bombing.

You’re not hearing it because what Syrians say coming out of the targeted area is not the save as an actual investigation on site.which what I’m seeing Oans reporter wasn’t on site....just talking with people outside.
I’ve been called a “Putinista”. I don’t have access to the intelligence that our leaders have, but it doesn’t make sense to me that Assad would do that a few days after Trump indicated he wanted to get out of Syria as soon as possible.

Yep......All I’ve read he’s tweeted etc. indicate he wasn’t at the sites. Nor spoke with any who actually conducted an investigation just people along the way..which isn’t nearly sufficient .

The “reporter’s” local Government assigned handlers make sure they only talk to the right sources. The idea that there is any “journalism” coming out of this part of the world is absurd.
