Michael Cohen, the embattled personal attorney of Donald Trump, has denied fresh reports that Special Counsel Robert Mueller obtained evidence he visited Prague in 2016.
'No matter how many times or ways they write it, I have never been to Prague. I was in LA with my son. Proven!' Cohen wrote in a withering tweet on Saturday.
'Bad reporting, bad information and bad story by same reporter Peter Stone,' he wrote.
Cohen was referring to a McClatchy report on Friday, which cited two sources claiming that Mueller's investigators traced evidence that Cohen entered the Czech Republic through Germany in August or September of 2016.
British ex-spy Christopher Steele's dossier claimed the purpose of the trip was to meet with a prominent ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Konstantin Kosachev, but it is not clear whether Mueller has evidence of such a meeting.

Virtually anyone who travels can prove their whereabouts. Receipts, airline tickets,....the list goes on and on. This whole story is idiotic. Not possible to travel undercover anymore.

Cohen is a lawyer for one of the most accomplished and wealthy people in the world...he is probably used to operating under pressure, IMO.
Not sure whether I trust Cohen or not. However his passport is not proof. I flew to Budapest and came home from Prague and the only two stamps in my passport were France and Amsterdam, the two airports I connected through.
Difficult to prove a negative...

Do you have any evidence that these are leaks? I suspect someone who has nothing to do with Mueller is just making sh!t up.
I have friends that went to Prague in 2016. I was jealous, didn’t know it was a bad thing. In my opinion this kind of stuff shows how little they have found. Nothing.
