Giddy up… HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes says either FBI Director Chris Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein give him the “electronic communication” (EC) documents (initiated the counterintelligence operation against candidate Trump in July 2016) or congress will hold an impeachment vote.
FBI Director Wray and DOJ Deputy Rosenstein have until tomorrow night.

What Devin didn’t say is, It will take about 4 to 5 months to schedule the vote, and then OOPS!, we’re right in the middle of mid-term elections, so better to hold off until the next Congress....
He should have done this months ago, immediately after they missed the deadline! That’s why they continue to defy him. If you want to be taken seriously, you have to act seriously.

Nunes would make a great VP for Trump. I suppose he’s too valuable in Congress though since he is literally the only member risking anything to support POTUS.

We are talking about a million subpoenaed documents being illegally withheld. Theoretically Nunes could hold them in contempt for each one. He could just keep having votes and then drop another charge on Ryan. Day after day. That would force Ryan to hold a vote I would think.

Trump needs to step in and issue a “will comply” order to executive branch employees.
He said that congress would have to vote on it. There is no way this congress would vote to impeach unless it was for Trump. DC is so corrupt and Trump stands alone.
When they don’t turn them over, Trump can fire them.

How many Sundays of Sunday shows have their been Republicans ripping Trump?
How about - I fully back Bob Mueller, and act like you’re innocent, Trey Gowdy?
Sessions is part of the Trump Prosecution and is enthusiastic about pursuing Trump. Ryan needs a figleaf, he’s a pretender.
I think Nunes has been given assurances, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
