PHOENIX - Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich says the state Supreme Court has ruled unanimously for the state in a case involving a community college district that backs lower in-state tuition for immigrant students.
Brnovich said on Twitter that the court's full written opinion is expected by May 14, 2018.

Its a sad reflection on society when the courts have to decide its not ok to break into someones home, eat their food, steal their bank accounts and send their burglar a$$ed kids to school. All the while you have to live with them under the same roof until the law decides years later, that they were in your home illegally in the first place and all the law does is book them and tell them they can't live at your house.. Maybe.. meanwhile they sue you because you don't stock the fridge with enough good stuff...

They are not Arizona citizens. They are Mexican nationals in this country illegally. Rewarding them with a college education is kind of the dumbass thing to do.

Wow. An occasional judge sides with US citizen taxpayers.

Many young people covered by the DACA program, known as Dreamers, have said they’ll have to drop out of school without the lower tuition....

If were lucky, maybe were approaching the time when, to the dreamers, we can say hasta nunca.

Dsicriminating in favor of illegals and against out of state Americans violates the civil rights laws. Although you can give in-state lawful residents lower rates, by doing this you are discriminating on the basis of national origin, which is prohibited.
To: COBOL2Java
That’s ok because this POS Murphy here in NJ has declared it a “sanctuary state” and all illegals get instate tuition. Gotta love the new America.

Just ignore them. I’m sure they will try; they’ve lost one of their big guns with “Judge” Rinehardt finally dropping dead, may piss be upon him.

Can the a-holes in the 9th overrule? I don't think so. I think the only appeal route from a state Supreme Court is to the U.S. Supreme Court, and that's rare.
