A Wake Forest University religion professor thinks it is not just illogical to believe in God, but also immoral, according to a Wednesday report.
Dr. Jarrod Whitaker specializes in South Asian religions at the North Carolina school and also allegedly asserted that belief in an objective truth “is the most tremendous evil that is responsible for all the great suffering in the world,” reported The Wake Forest Review.
The professor would perpetually “explain why Christian theology is problematic, racist, sexist, imperialist, and fundamentally evil,” Whitaker’s Catholic student John told the Review, who kept his identity concealed.

The fundamental problem with these “professors” is they place themselves on a pedestal above God. The devil has the same attitude. Their hatred towards God and those that believe is visceral and very deep.
I would think in an open forum comments to an incoming class of freshmen you would not want to politicize and keep your feelings that a president is stupid out of the discussion. But the academia elite can not hide for a minute their distaste of TRUMP to their own demise...even the highest of highly paid college president’s appear to have a higher calling to break the rules with TRUMP.
he is just a mirror of the entire organization at Wake Forest. I would say they are very proud of him!

science and medicine great education - very good prof - small classroom sizes - great student prof interaction one on one - great med school with Wake forest Baptist Medical Medical Center collocated and new uptown research center in neuros and other expansion...it’s the lib admin and lib arts and lib - well thew usual lib shit the runs the place. The science students hate that part as well...but you have to survive that part...to get an ed...that’s life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I certainly agree. And it surprises me that a friend of mine from college, who was the next thing to a John Bircher, who wore a suit to class and carried a briefcase everywhere he went, then became one of the boys out on the basketball court (he was pretty good, at 6’4”, good shooter, too) — that this guy would become a jet-set, late-in-life libby-dib, a la Goldwater and McCain.

The college itself is now in Winston-Salem. One of the tobacco companies gave them a ton of money to move from the town of Wake Forest proper.
RJR - but when they came they were not the liberal crap they are now - but the schools of business, medicine, and sciences are not
