The Obama admin arbitrarily decided that it was going to prevent the University of Phoenix from receiving GI bill money for tuition. The stock price in the university dropped from around $100 x share to about $3. Nesbitt’s Vistria Group bought it for pennies on the dollar, shortly after which the Obama admin decided it was ok to lift the suspension on GI bill money and the stock shot back up again.
Should have been protected as a historical site.
Of course if its important or liked by America Obama has to knock it down.
