President Donald Trump, meanwhile, is an implacably opposed the Syrian regime and his administration provides significant backing for the rebels fighting it.

Trump is also a staunch ally of Israel, most notably announcing the US is to move its embassy to Jerusalem - putting it in direct opposition to Iran, which has threatened to destroy the state.

Under Trump, the US has become a close ally of Saudi Arabia, whose Crown Prince Salman said this week that he recognised Israel's 'right' to its land - becoming the first Arab leader to ever make such an acknowledgement.

He compared Iran's Iranian Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to Hitler.

These meetings between the three... and agreements.... have been going on for along while so this is not actually new news.......it’s no secret the three have been working in resolving the Syrian crisis for any who have been watching the developments and who the moving parties are.

Further there is little we know of ‘how’ Trump has been involved in this and that is on purpose. There are many behind the scenes, and the news, happenings which brought about these meetings in the first place to resolve the Syrian situation......What we do know is Trump wants the interested parties to fix it who are directly involved.

And there’s a reason that Turkey is still a member of NATO. I’m wondering if they have access to certain technologies, as members, that they’re willing sharing with their new friends.

Time to close down Incirlik Air Base, move it to Kurdistan and give Erdogan and the rest, the finger.

Nuclear power plants in Turkey - what could go wrong?

Their shipyards in Istanbul still use low-level workers to load test new boat davits. Advanced countries use cement blocks or sand bags.

The best structures in Turkey were built by Roman engineers thousands of years ago.

Who is paying?
None of these economies can afford what they’re doing.

But China can.

Until these stories start following the money I’m ignoring them henceforth.

Putin will be in big trouble with his orthodox christian base if he takes any of this seriously.

I see it as crepe paper window dressing for now.
