California has an “assault weapons” ban and firearm confiscation orders, but neither control prevented the Tuesday attack at YouTube’s San Bruno headquarters. Ironically, “assault weapons” bans and confiscation orders have been put forward as controls needed in the aftermath of the February 14 Parkland school shooting. Gun control proponents also pushed universal background checks and waiting periods following the Parkland attack, but California has both of those too.
In fact, California has some of the most stringent gun controls in the country. The “assault weapons” ban, confiscation orders, universal background checks, and 10-day waiting period are complimented by a requirement that would-be firearm owners acquire a safety certificate from the state, that all firearms be registered with the state, and that law-abiding citizens pursuing a concealed carry permit demonstrate “good cause” for wanting to carry a gun.

Psychopaths are control freaks. Psychopaths are in favor of gun control and believe that violence can be “ended.” We’re not going to end violence, and the belief that it’s possible is a sign of mental illness.
We can decrease violence, though, with universal, constitutional (permitless) concealed carry. Each criminal mind is addicted to bad behavior, so each one will go down sooner or later. We might see a much more peaceful social environment in the near future.
Bullies aren’t often very dedicated to properly learning and practicing much.

It’s been pretty quiet, since she’s an Iranian, far left wing, vegan, animal rights activist. Does anyone think something’s wrong when a woman can’t kill an ant in the house, but goes on a shooting rampage at humans? To start with, her dad humored her instability by taking ants outside and turning them loose, instead of waking her up to the real world as a young girl.

I am a California citizen. I also read recently that it was up to local, police/sheriff (I think I read county) whether I can carry a concealed weapon. And I also read they are very 'stringent.' They being the sheriff.
It makes me want to make application for a concealed carry permit because my 'good cause' is consistent self defense in which is my understanding my right as an United States citizen.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any lawsuits the NRA or local Californians have filed against this violation of or 2nd amendment rights against the state of California or even on a local government level in California? I would think it obvious that this is a federal issue NOT local or even state.
Thoughts? Knowledge on this particular issue with California and their STUPID gun laws around concealed carry?
It upsets me that I read there are very few locals that are given permission to conceal carry. I'd be willing to test this law.
figures . . . sounds about right. Some of the biggest inventors of history—especially in another culture (as most Americans are not going to check to see if they are correct including college/university students) is liberal feminists.

I have learned about You Tube. I watched a series of videos made by an Australian tracing the route of Alexander into the Oxus river area.
You Tube automatically served up a similar video where a similar guy traveled in Iran and showed both ancient and modern pockets of (you are correct) Zarathustrans. From what I saw they are hanging on but out away from the cities and not lots of them
