Supported by the document here, based on logical inference that since Manafort has already been indicted his name does not need to be redacted, but that the names of “others” which I maintain include Podesta and others on the left who have not yet been indicted, must be.
Since the original SC authorization specifically directed Mueller to investigate certain things, it would not have been necessary for RR to write this memo to provide clarification on THOSE aspects, thus the logical conclusion is that this memo spells out OTHER areas in which the investigation is authorized.

Can we prove it wasn’t written right after Manafort’s lawyer filed their motion to dismiss the charges due to unconstitutionality and failure to stay within Special Counsel limits?
That would make it a month old or so.

Very good chance that Manafort is going to mop the floor with these clowns. He’s got money for lawyers, unlike the others and has evidence that the FBI did some illegal stuff during the execution of that warrant. Which was all for show, anyway.
Manafort, while not John Gotti, isn’t the type that will collapse into the fetal position at the first sign of a badge.
Right now the judges and others, are keeping his case alive to protect Mueller and the feds. At some point, a plea will be offered, more than likely it won’t be taken and the feds will have to go to court. And that is where it’ll all come out. If he doesn’t take a plea, don’t be surprised if the feds take a while to go forward and then somehow, figure out a way to dismiss the case, to save face.
