Rosenstein Secret Special Counsel Memo Was Written After the Feds Already Raided Manafort’s House

The memo gives Mueller a more specific description of his authority and states that he can investigate Paul Manafort for any crimes arising out of payments he received from the Ukrainian government before and during the tenure of President Viktor Yanukovych. And thats pretty much what Manafort was indicted for.
Heres the weird part about this: The Rosenstein secret memo revealed in this weeks court filing is dated August 2, 2017. According to media reports, Paul Manforts home was raided July 26, 2017. So that means Rosensteins laid out the more specified scope and definition of authority for the special counsel investigation six days after Manaforts home had already been raided.
What does this mean legally? Well, as always, the the legal experts are divided.
There is something very wrong about that, said Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz on Fox News Tuesday night, adding that the scope of the investigation should be clearly defined. This special prosecutor is looking at everything. Where does it stop?

Sessions needs to be gone for hiring Rosenweasel. At the very least he showed unbelievably bad judgement which merits his firing.

Now I understand which book Susan Rice was referring to in her Jan 20 email to herself - Rosenstein’s.

Something interesting to consider... Mueller has his sights on Russian oligarch Oleg Daripaska. Remember that name. President Trump has no ties whatsoever to Oleg Daripaska -- but Paul Manafort and John McCain most certainly do. Are we about to see the "dossier" boomerang on Trump's enemies?

Seems like it should be stereotypical of an abusive partisan fishing expedition posing as an investigation.

This was to enable Mueller to turn to the left and go after the Podesta Group, of course.

RR was recommended by others in the DOJ to replace insubordinate Yates.
