Strangely enough, Google news had a link to this yesterday, but not any more.
There will be much more to this sad story I suspect.
And I should add, over 3000 comments. Some are actually constructive, others not so much.
It sounds like they were running some sort of foster program scam. The kids were not eating and one of them slugged the kid with her fist.
