Last year, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported 226,119 people. Jakiw Palij wasnt one of them.
During the first three months of ICEs 2018 fiscal year, the agency deported 56,710 people, 46 percent of whom had not been convicted of a crime. This year, ICE expects to deport 209,000 people (PDF). It is highly unlikely that Palij will be among themeven though Palij is a war criminal, the last Nazi war criminal living in the United States.
Palij served as a guard during World War II at the Trawniki forced labor camp, which also trained those participating in Operation Reinhard, a plan to exterminate every Jew in German-occupied Poland. He entered the country in 1949 without divulging his past and was later awarded citizenship, of which he was stripped by a federal judge in 2004 and ordered deported.
During a single nightmarish day in November 1943, all of the more than 6,000 prisoners of the Nazi camp that Jakiw Palij had guarded were systematically butchered, Eli Rosenbaum, head of the Justice Departments Office of Special Investigations (OSI), said after the ruling. By helping to prevent the escape of these prisoners, Palij played an indispensable role in ensuring that they met their tragic fate at the hands of the Nazis.
But Palij, now 94, remains a free man because no one else wants him, either. As Rosenbaum told The Daily Beast in an email, Unfortunately, the governments of Germany, Ukraine and Poland have declined to admit Palij and no other nation has agreed to accept him.

Would not Israel want him?
Well his next trip will be to Hell so there is that.
Why not send him on a ship 1/2 way and drop him off? If anybody wants him, they can have him.

It is not necessary to give illegal aliens the opportunity to harm or kill Americans before they are removed.
In fact, it’s criminal to allow them to stay.
The USA has the same problem with a number of illegal aliens too - http://www.wnd.com/2017/03/23-countries-refuse-to-take-back-criminal-aliens/
Give his address to the Mossad.
The nazis did not spare anyone; they even forced 90-year-olds into the trains.
If this guard were to receive the same measure, he should be deported somewhere.
I’m surprised Iran hasn’t claimed him...................
The guy is 94, certainly not long for this world, and it appears from the article he was an enlisted man not an officer. Why would anyone want to mess with the red tape and baggage that would come along with this. The problem will take care of itself soon enough. I note Obama didn't deport this guy either.
In 1943, he would have been 19, a conscript without any choice in where he was assigned. The decision-makers are all dead by now, so all we have left are the low-level soldiers.
Get rid of his lying ass.
And what about the Nazi collaborator George Soros. Why has he not been stripped of his citizenship and deported? Who did he bribe?

At 94, Satan is waiting. I wouldn’t waste any time on him. We made the mistake after WWII of admitting him and taking 40 years to recognize our mistake.
But in *this* case the point is that no country will take him. He's a "hot potato".We can't just drop him out of an airplane...although more than a few would probably like that.
The answer here is complete and total cut-off of any and all American money to these countries. At least we shouldn’t be giving them a dime, but I’ll wager that we do anyway because we have an anti-American State Department.
So the headline doesn’t match the story?
Shocker.
Why bother with the parachute? Also drop him over water - wouldnt want some innocent person to get hurt when the monster goes splat.
As horrendous as his crimes likely were, the grace of God is greater than all our sins. If he has accepted Jesus as his Savior and Lord, his sins are forgiven, and Satan will have no power over him.
That is one of the many beauties of God’s grace. No sin we have committed is unpardonable. God’s grace is available to everyone. It is a gift that cannot be earned.
