Former Arizona sheriff and current GOP candidate Joe Arpaio says that he will resume his controversial campaign challenging the legality of former President Obama's birth certificate, deemed a racist campaign by many, if he is elected to the Senate.
In remarks first reported by Right Wing Watch, Arpaio told a roomful of supporters in Arizona that he has remained silent about his accusations pertaining to Obama's birthplace while campaigning, but plans to resume his attacks if elected.
"I don't talk about it anymore, until I become a U.S. senator. ... So I'm kind of dropping that right now," Arpaio told the Western Conservative Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
"But I'm going to tell you something," Arpaio continued, "100 percent we proved that's a fake document. One hundred."
Arpaio is running as a supporter of President Trump in the Arizona Senate race to replace retiring Sen. Jeff Flake (R). He faces two other GOP candidates in an August primary election, where he currently trails GOP Rep. Martha McSally (Ariz.).

I’m glad President Trump pardoned Sheriff Joe who helped Trump during the Arizona Primary in 2016, but not glad that Joe is running for US Senate because he is a pawn of the powerful elites that run our political system.
By the way, when does President Trump pardon someone else who helped in 2016 as co-chair of the New Hampshire Veterans Coalition for Trump during the New Hampshire Primary.

Both women are kooks without a pot to piss in. All that would occur if he sued them would be to drag up the humiliation and embarrassment of reminding people he had been accused of rape and child molestation.
He might get some money out of that B*tch (Gloria Allred) from California who's daughter tried to bribe women to make similar claims against Trump, but she had the good sense to launch her nasty attacks against Moore from New York where he would get a hostile Jury if he took it there.
He has no upside for suing the two kook women, and he has a more difficult battle if he tries to go after Allred, so the fact that he hasn't yet sued doesn't really prove anything. Add to that the fact that the entire Alabama Judiciary hates him (they signed a letter endorsing his opponent in 2012) and there isn't much recourse for him in the courts.
Arpaio has zero chance of being elected. He will only throw the election to McSally.

Maybe he was less than I thought, but that’s too bad. Constitutional Senators are few and in-between.
If he had said otherwise, it would have been seen as a tacit admission that he was guilty. Being defiant in the middle of a campaign was a necessary step in attempting to bail out his sinking ship.
It was bluff, or perhaps emotions getting the better of him, but I said at the time that he couldn't possibly recover anything from these two kook women who didn't have any significant money.

Joe is doing this for one thing and one thing only. So he can funnel money through the back door to retire his legal debts from the cases brought against him by the democrats.

Joe needs to stay out of it. If he needs the money that bad, he should start speaking tours and raise it that way.
