Interestingly enough Moore claimed he was going to sue the women who accused him once the election was over. It's been over for some time now.
Both women are kooks without a pot to piss in. All that would occur if he sued them would be to drag up the humiliation and embarrassment of reminding people he had been accused of rape and child molestation.
He might get some money out of that B*tch (Gloria Allred) from California who's daughter tried to bribe women to make similar claims against Trump, but she had the good sense to launch her nasty attacks against Moore from New York where he would get a hostile Jury if he took it there.
He has no upside for suing the two kook women, and he has a more difficult battle if he tries to go after Allred, so the fact that he hasn't yet sued doesn't really prove anything. Add to that the fact that the entire Alabama Judiciary hates him (they signed a letter endorsing his opponent in 2012) and there isn't much recourse for him in the courts.
