Go ahead - try and repeal it. They will never get two-thirds of the states to agree.
Thank God this fascist is retired. He’s gone senile like Ginsburg.
Boating accidents would be on the rise. And those tornado’s in Kansas too.
One a long time ago.
Stevens is just under 100 years old
think he means removing all weapons from govt employees
anything else would be unAmerican
A clear example of judicial overreach and why the supremes are NOT to be trusted with defending the constitution - a good thing he’s no longer on the court. F.. the old statist bastard.
Stevens is retired. He needs to STFU.
This guy is a moron who never should have been a Judge, let alone of the Supreme Court, since he has no understanding that our rights come from God and are inalienable. They do not come from government and are not revocable just because some commie/fascist decides they don’t won’t the serfs to have them anymore.
How about repeal the SCOTUS?
That's exactly what they should do. It would be the first honest thing they've done. OANN had a great segment interviewing the mindless drones out on Washington Mall. "What is an assault rifle?" "Well, it's a kind of one of those, you know, I don't know, but I'd know it if I saw one." and "We should just repeal the Second Amendment, we don't need it".
Spent his life protected by guns.
That .gif is hilarious. What show or movie is that from?
...another month or two he’ll be dressing like Ginsberg
