To the Left, “Diversity” is merely a club to beat normal people with. I’m reminded of the “diverse” picture of the hard-Left Huffington Post’s editorial board, which is all Caucasian and all the same sex. Presumably, to the Left, it’s ok since all of them are women, and therefore the board is completely “diverse”.
Study after study, of business and society, has shown that “diversity” is a recipe for conflict and degradation no matter the situation.

I watched a professor at a prestigious college near here get totally shot down by the Superintendent of Schools for daring to ask what they did for Gifted Kids. “You think your kids are smarter than somebody else’s kids? Kids are all smart if they are given the chance. IF your child understands a concept before another child, we will have your child help the slower one.” “Do you pay them the same as the teachers?” haha. He did NOT put his child in the publics, needless to say.
For Leftists “diversity” is the end-all and be-all.
