Even before the new spike, not a single major industrial nation was on track to fulfill the commitments it made in the Paris treaty. They never intended to, in the first place. It was all for show, for the useful idiots back home to fawn over them.....................

"They never intended to, in the first place." They probably figured the rich Americans should pick up the bill or at least make up for the missed goals. If Hillary had fulfilled her fantasy, they probably would (like it or not).
