Daryl Fisher is a Democrat.
Daryl is running on the simple platform of “Justice for All.”
Daryl Fisher also says he will kill citizens of his county if they don’t turn over their guns.
In a recent speech Fisher, a Democrat, suggested killing people if they don’t turn over their guns.
Daryl Fisher: Any weapon that is designed for use by the military I think we should ban. You’ve heard people say you have to pry my gun from my cold dead hands. (shrugs) OK.
Probably meant “AR15’s are NOT meant for military use”. I have no idea if that is accurate, but it sounds right. I would imagine that all weapons of that style (.223 caliber, larger magazines, etc.) have the fully automatic switch on them in the military??
Of course - wasn’t that the excuse for banning sawed-off shotguns - that they were NOT useful for military use - and therefore were not protected under the 2nd Amendment?
Although I know that shotguns were/are often carried by our military - and I imagine some of them were probably shortened by our guys for fighting in trenches, tunnels, etc.
So - the 2nd only protects weapons useful in the military, and this hick wants to get our military weapons?

When I was a Kid, you could buy a WWII Surplus German Anti Tank Rifle from an Ad in the back of a Magazine for $179.00.
You could also buy extra Ammunition. It was a bit steep, but I sure wish my Dad would have given me the money for it.
Then again, that was back in the day when my older Brother took his .22 Rifle to School when the Gun Club had Target Practice at the School’s Basement Gun Range.

Something definitely has happened to our culture since those days. Although my brother, going to that same high school in the early 60’s talked about the huge fights they would have after football games with rivals. Bats and stuff with a huge melee, cops, injuries, etc. Never had that in the 70’s.

He has made an overt threat to kill someone. Isn’t there a law against that?

Normally I am against abortion.But in his case I would make an exception.
Is he going to kill just the gun owners or their families and dogs too? Will he approach his prey directly or will it be more like a sneaky, from behind assassination in the street? This shows just how out of control the left is. They should be ran out of the country if they hate it here so much. I bet it would bring down the crime rate a lot too. It would be a much safer place to live if they were gone.
Fisher, you are elected by those you are duty bound to support and defend and you will not be sheriff for long by not defending the Constitution.

Not much choice if he wants to be on a ballot, and I might add that I want to know their political leanings before they’re put into office. The Sheriff is a very powerful position within the county.
