LEVIN: THAT ‘GOOD-FOR-NOTHING’ MCCONNELL ‘EVISCERATED’ OUR CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM WITH THE OMNIBUS

“The progressive Republicans have won. The progressive Democrats have won.”

“Where’s Mitch McConnell?” LevinTV host Mark Levin asked on his radio program after President Trump signed Congress’ $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill on Friday. “Has anybody seen or heard from Mitch McConnell? I mean, he’s the guy behind the scenes. He’s the Svengali who put all this together. He’s the good-for-nothing, big-spending, deal-cutting, self-serving phony politician who put this all together behind closed doors and threatens his colleagues in the Senate should they dare to challenge him or question him.”

Levin criticized McConnell, the rest of Congress, and the president for passing the omnibus and consigning future generations to bear the burden of massive, unsustainable, enslaving debt.

“We’ve now reached a point, I believe, of no return,” Levin declared, referring to the unwillingness of either party to slow the growth of government. “The progressive Republicans have won. The progressive Democrats have won.”

“What took place here is not only the most profligate spending bill in American history,” Levin said. “What also took place here was an evisceration of our constitutional system.” How so? Because McConnell and the rest of GOP leadership forbade members of Congress from amending the bill, depriving voters of their representation in Congress.

“The establishment government behemoth n Washington fights aggressively for its life, aided by a vast mob who survive by sucking at the monster’s teat.”

That’s a fact.

Another fact is that the GOP is going to get steamrolled in the mid-terms. They will certainly lose the House, and will likely also lose the Senate. So, Trump will be impeached, and will likely be convicted. And it does not matter if there are no “high crimes and misdemeanors,” because the Rats will just make up some.

Have to agree, point of no return. We're so screwed! President Trump was elected to stop the spending madness and MAGA. So much of our GDP is committed to just paying interest on debt and these progressives won't stop the spending madness, that our country cannot recover, maybe ever, from being owned by foreign interests. Third-world nation status, here we come.

The “Point of No Return” is the addiction to incumbents.

It’s not just the Establishment government in Washington, DC. It’s the, Power Players - King Makers - Special Interests, in Kentucky, as well. If the people of Kentucky really gave a sh*t, they’d be up in arms over everything he has done for the 10-20 years. And now, with Schweizer’s new book, they should finally say enough.

I know they cant’ recall him, officially and legally. But the can damn sure make his life, and those of his political colleagues in the State, very uncomfortable.

Think about it. If there was a real, Recall Drive, to run him out, what could he say? Can he ever get in front of a microphone or camera and say that what he’s doing is in the interest of the people of Kentucky? It’ll be him, forced to talk about his puppet masters.

“That is still very questionable.”

Not after yesterday. Because the blame for that monstrosity falls on Ryan and McConnell and the Republican congresscritters who supported them.

I honestly don't know how the 'pubs save either the HOR or US Senate. This bill looks like they don't, either. They threw a lot of cash to deep-pocket donors who will line their pockets when they leave DC.

They put President Trump in a tough position, with an army of zombified kiddies descending on DC this weekend. If Ryan and McConnell had either brains or integrity, a bill would have been completed properly, read, and fixed before now.

Personally, I admit that I really don't know all or much of what really happened here with this bizarre spending.

Trump MUST have something else he knows that's going to happen in the near future that will improve the "odor" of the Republican Party for the elections coming later this year.

I think it is the Immense Earthquake created by the findings and exposition of the I.G.'s Report.

When congress said they wouldn’t fund Obamacare, Obama said we will shut the government down and he got what he wanted It is said to see Obama had more balls than Trump. Where is the master negotiator? I hope he does better negotiating on our trade deals and The upcoming North Korea talks.

The great danger for Trump is to lose dignity, to look like a compliant yes girl that the like of Laura Ingraham smell miles away.

Being a good boy like this is not at all attractive for women voting.

A veto could have easily been done if it had been prepared in advance warning with Trump leading the charge on dignifying America again and his own presidency.

Now all bets are off. He turned around like a tank in a mudflat digging down instead of keeping a rightful momentum.

His tweets used to look interesting, now they are going to look undignified and future ones will sound even more hollow.

This is bad because this was the “bipartisan” PC moralizing trap he took like a little boy from NYC who is too used to cocktail parties where no tough stance is allowed and smiles must be everywhere
