Author Richard Dawkins announced a new initiative to bring atheism to the Middle East Tuesday, giving away free copies of his book The God Delusion in Islamic countries.
Dawkins has long been a critic of all religions, but has been especially vocal in his dislike for Islam, calling it the most evil religion in the world. Now, hes translating several books, including his famous atheist manifesto, The God Delusion, into several predominantly Muslim languages: Arabic, Urdu, Farsi and Indonesian, The Guardian reported.
We are choosing languages, not countries, said Dawkins. The pdfs may, of course, be downloaded by anybody in any country, but we imagine most Urdu downloads will be in Pakistan, most Indonesian downloads in Indonesia and Malaysia, and most Farsi downloads in Iran.
Dawkins claims an illegal Arabic version of his book has already been downloaded 13 million times, though that compares strangely with the total sale of three million copies globally. The first book to be translated will be his shortest, River Out of Eden: A Darwinian View of Life, which explains Dawkins view of evolution.
Explaining his view of Islam further, Dawkins said of course that doesnt mean all Muslims are evil, very far from it. Individual Muslims suffer more from Islam than anyone else."

Has any Imam, Mufti, Ayatollah or other Abu Akbarers issued any Fatwah yet?

He may be obnoxious in his attacks on Christianity, but at least he’s going after Islam too. Let’s see if he has the balls to keep it up after the first credible death threats start arriving.

Please start with a rally in Tehran. We will all break out the popcorn, and cheer as he faces his accusers under Shariah Law.

Just how does an atheist go on a crusade?................... Indeed...
crusade
Late 16th century (originally as croisade ): from French croisade, an alteration (influenced by Spanish cruzado ) of earlier croisée,
literally the state of being marked with the cross, based on Latin crux, cruc- cross; in the 17th century the form crusado, from Spanish cruzado, was introduced; the blending of these two forms led to the current spelling, first recorded in the early 18th century.

Well...this ought to be interesting. Pro tip: the way to tell Muslims from Christians is that the latter aren’t trying to cut your head off.

Should be fun. muzzies have been known to get violent when someone says anything about *slam.
