For those who have forgotten...

The Minneapolis Police were on high alert for “ambush” situations when this shooting occurred.

The location was a darkened alley or side street, the victim suddenly approached the police car from the rear, slapped her hand on the car trunk, then ran to the driver’s side window.

Guilty or Not Guilty?

I don’t know enough facts to speculate.

But this is not an open and shut case of murder.

It took them 8 months to charge him!? Why?

I'd say because there's very little evidence one way or another.

This guy was a marginal cop, probably wouldn’t have been there if he hadn’t been Somali, and already had several complaints against him.

The problem is that the police departments feel they have to take on people like him and even keep them despite the fact that they are clearly unsuited to the job. That doesn’t mean that there are no Somalis that could make good cops, but simply that he wasn’t one of them and they couldn’t get rid of him for political reasons.

Sometimes it’s so obvious that even a year of Blue Wall BS can’t cover it up.

The poor woman walked right up to the cruiser and the POS reached across his partner and shot her dead. I don’t think I have ever heard anything like this murder by an American Police Officer.

In everything I have read on this case, I NEVER heard any of the above. Why was I led to believe she just ran out of her home and he shot her. He may have made a bad shoot but reading that, if it is what happened, was not jihad.

Still, he should not have been in that patrol car, period. PC is killing us.

Thank you for your post

He was in the passenger seat, and Ms. Diamond had approached the driver’s window. Jihadi Somali shot ACROSS his partner to kill her.

No matter what, that’s just horrible police work and gross negligence. He could easily have killed his partner.

We really need policemen to have some nerve, and not be trigger happy either. Fire discipline is a job requirement.

It took 8 months because he is a member of the liberal defined protected class. A white male would have been charged within a week.

Most affirmative action hires don’t.

Fair enough, but then we only have the two officers account of what happened, don’t we? If there’s an independent witness to her behavior, that would carry more weight with me.

Yeah, that’s the story of the involved cops and they’re stickin’ to it. I’d like to see the driver (the non-shooting cop) agree to a polygraph exam to see if he sticks to that crap.

Amazing, the city actually figured out that a police person shooting someone without cause is murder? In what’s left of USA?

What was “jihad” about it? Did he yell “Allahu ackbar when he fired?” Did he have Boko Haram videos on his computer? Did he have a history of any kind of bias against women? Is his imam known for advocating jihad? Did he attend a mosque where other known terrorists had connections?

Last report I saw, nothing like that had yet been established. It just looked like an affirmative action / diversity case where an inadequately trained and unassimilated foreigner was put into a job that was over his head by a bunch of liberals more concerned about meeting a quota to “balance” the police employment rolls than they were about the quality of the policing.

What was “jihad” about it?

My point was that it is the usual ROP M.O.

Yes, the cop was the mayor’s special project but there had already been complaints he’d been rushed thru’ training etc.

Re: “In everything I have read on this case, I NEVER heard any of the above.”

Every Police Department in America was on high alert for ambush situations in July 2017.

There were at least four assassination attempts on cops, and at least two successful assassinations, in the months preceding the Minneapolis shooting.

The NY Times report on this yesterday talks about the alley. The patrol car had all its lights off and was slowly driving forward. The uncharged cop said he heard a noise (previously described as a slap sound on the trunk). Then, both cops saw someone running toward the driver's door. The uncharged cop also unholstered his gun, but did not raise it before the accused cop fired. The uncharged cop also has said he was completely spooked by the sound and the person running to his window.

Let's call this what this is:

AN ISLAMIC TERRORIST ATTACK!!!

NO mention of the fact in the NY Times article that this dirty cop is MUSLIM. DISGUSTING!
