Lawyer Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday said Democrats are "fueling the speculation" around President Trump possibly firing special counsel Robert Mueller, adding that "there never should have been an appointment of special counsel."
"That would create a real problem on the Republican side of the aisle. I don’t think he’ll fire him or should fire him," he added.
"America's Newsroom" anchor Sandra Smith pressed Dershowitz on Trump's weekend tweets.
"The president with his tweets over the weekend and Monday morning saying 'this is the ultimate witch hunt' adds fuel to the fire saying this investigation never should have began in the first place. So what is the strategy there? Why put those things out there?" asked Smith.
Dershowitz responded by saying there had been "no probable cause" of crimes committed by Trump and that meant a special counsel was not necessary.
"First of all, the president is 100 percent right. There never should have been an appointment of special counsel and there was no probable cause that crimes were committed," said Dershowitz. "I’ve seen no credible evidence that crimes were committed by the president."

I think that’s a brilliant idea! The Left has been abusing the judiciary to interfere with Trump’s agenda from day one, give them a taste of their own medicine.
Trump (and his children) should file a personal suit against Comey (and his publishing company), McCabe, Strozk, etc for defamation of the family and brand to the tune of a few hundred million dollars per person. Then Trump can start selectively declassifying information such as text messages and other documents as president to them use to sue the crap out of them personally. There is a much lower threshold for civil liability.
If Republicans were smart, which they are not, they would rail against Mueller and the fact that after 18 months he’s got absolutely nothing. Tens of millions of dollars being wasted. And tie this to the corrupt media’s over-the-top obsession to get Trump at all costs.
How about adding in the Obama’s egregious Constitutional violations into privacy, FISA, etc.
Republicans had better get on offense very soon because known to all of us, but unknown to them, Mueller is setting up to drop his bomb right after Labor Day. Whether there is any substance to what Mueller drops is irrelevant, it will allow the Dems and the corrupt MSM to fill ALL the space between Labor Day and the November election with wall-to-wall ominous criticizing — all according to plan.

I think he’s come a cuddling because he may know they are starting to go after the Clinton Machine (as far back as the Little Rock days). I had 2 colonoscopies, and both times the worst part was drinking the awful tasting laxative liquid..a whole fricking gallon of it!
The colonoscopy procedure itself is totally painless, with the sedative administered.

Hmmm... I had no such problem. But here is what I did which might be the reason.
One week before colonoscopy, I ate only vegetables, whole grain bread and fruit. No meat, no eggs, no dairy. After the colonoscopy, I slowly added eggs, yogurt & fish to my diet for about a week.
Now I am nearing end of my 70’s and the doc said no more colonoscopies necessary for you.

I like him as a human, but Dershowitz is an insufferable liberal. He'll never be completely clean. Too often he talks out of both sides of his Democrat mouth.
Alan says that his father back in Brooklyn had a strong sense of justice and talked about how it was ....."the Jew's job to defend the underdog".
I would think he would consider his father's wishes when he sees the never ending, disgusting piling on Donald Trump.
