It came at the very end of a long segment on the firing of Andrew McCabe. Maybe it should have come at the beginning . . .
On CNN this morning, after a protracted discussion of the firing of Andrew McCabe, and just before going to break, Chris Cuomo let slip what might be the seminal fact in this matter. As Cuomo put it:
“The best thing going for the President on this one is that the IG was an Obama appointee, and this was his report.”

This key fact should have been mentioned at the start of the discussion. Cuomo slipped it in at the very end.

Of note - Holder appointed Robin Ashton to head up the Office of Professional Responsibility in 2010, saying she would “lead the office with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and dedication.”
It was her recommendation that McCabe be fired.

Correct DOJ IG Horowitz is an Obama appointee.
And the head of the FBI OPR, which recommended McCabe firing, was was appointed by Mueller, who was FBI Director at the time.

That is the essential fact and yet it is the fact the LameStreamMedia intentionally wants ignored, to put the “Trump fired McCabe” fiction as what the sheeple are supposed to remember.
Then they also pretend that the fact that McCabe made notes of his conversations with Trump that that automatically means those notes are detrimental to Trump. So, the keep playing over and over the theme that “Trump may have fired NcCabe BUT Mueller has all McCabes notes on his conversations with Trump” - telling the sheeple that “definitely means something ‘bad’ for Trump”.
Obama also made his share of appointments that did not work out for his agenda. Both sides are capable of putting moles in place.
Right, but you don't seem to understand that when Obama fired them, he was conducting smart policy, when Trump does it, it's treason.
