"If McCabe skates, then were essentially telling EVERYONE over there that its okay to commit these abuses of power." Lois Lerner already set the example.
Government employees are exempt from the law.

I jumped to conclusions when I read the actual title. I was wrong to assume the poster changed the title.
However, someone at the Examiner should have changed the URL to fit the title and the essence of the article.
Like many other posters, when I read the given title I was outraged to learn that Sessions decided to give McCabe a pass -— until I read the article with the true title and was flustered.

I think they tend to keep the URL, so any pages that display the article (many of which are "outside" the publisher) are not affected by editing any part of the article, including the title.
URL and photo URLs can be informative and even humorous.
I'm totally with you on the misleading headline disease. I just assume the headlines are false or misleading.

Because he LIED to Congress AND has committed FELONIES, for which he belongs in jail; not to mention the fact that yes, his pension SHOULD be taken away from from him...in fines.
If he had been fired, when he should have been, he would NOT have gotten his pension; that's the way it's written.
WHY ARE YOU ON HIS SIDE?

“No one gets their pension taken away.”
In his position at the FBI, considering his actions/crimes, he can lose his pension. That is, if Napolitano is correct; he explained it this morning.

Well know Friday.
We may not know Friday, if that pressure resulted in McCabe flipping and now cooperating.

Maybe IF he is convicted he will lose it? Has Sessions resigned yet?

McCabe was at the Justice Department to meet with Scott Schools, the most senior career attorney in the department, as well as other officials, for a majority of the afternoon Thursday, to make a case why he should be allowed to retire and not be fired.
Schools reports to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who in turn reports to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The decision to fire McCabe before Sunday, and thus strip McCabe of his full pension and benefits, is in Sessions hands.
...
he FBIs Office of Professional Responsibility has recommended McCabe be fired before Sunday because of allegations in a still unreleased inspector general's report.
Posted headline seems incorrect to me;
Sara Carter, on Hannity tonight indicated from her sources that he will be fired. I would not get worked up about fake news. Wait and see.

McCabe's birthday is Sunday. Sessions has until COB Friday to get it done.
BTW I see on WIKI, McCabe's birthday is not listed, just his birth year.
Perhaps he wants to keep his birthday a secret.
LOL.
