The video I saw showed deputy Peterson getting into a golf cart to get as far away as possible as fast as he could.
This is just a start. What was the reason why they did not enter was not asked. That governor if he wants to become US Senator better order a thorough investigation or is he doing a cover up ?

What does Israel do with all that money....besides giving cops a gun, a uniform, a two-way,
and telling them to go sit in the car with the light on top until they can collect their pension.

Cops exist to extract revenue from citizens when they can and to draw chalk outlines around your corpse after really bad things happen and the “scene” is “secure”. That means secure for them, by the way.
The “official” policy is for our badged betters go home safely every night and to hell with your kids.
That’s just the way things are. If you think otherwise you’re deluding yourself. That’s not to say there aren’t any brave cops who will do the right thing. There are.
But betting that way is simply foolish.
