When I was stationed at Fort Benning Ga in “75”, me and few of my biddies when to town to party and get lucky. I was a young soldier and was not walking with the Lord yet. Anyway we all met a group of girls at a bar dancing and ended up at their place to party the night away.
We were all pretty wasted and making out with the girls, when all of a sudden one of our friends starts screaming and yelling. We all go back to see what’s up and he was beating this poor gal up. We all pulled him back off her and realized what was wrong. The gal he was with was a guy dressed like a gal.
For those of us who never reached base with forced the girls to prove they were female, before we all left. Turns out our buddy Bill was the only unlucky guy who picked the queer dressed all up like a gal.
I must admit, the dude looked good with all the makeup and all. I am thinking that because the queer was oriental it made it easier for him look like a gal.
I am betting the queer never tried to fool another guy after that beating though. Bill messed him up something fierce, and if we didn’t get in there he would have killed him I’m sure.
I am guessing that there will be many a queer getting their ass kicked, and maybe even a few will be murdered in the future considering the way society is going these days.
Bill was lucky. In those days, especially in Georgia, the cops would never charge a man for doing what he did after being fooled by a queer. Well as long as he didn’t kill the fool.
Not today, I can see a lot of assault charges slapped on unknowing guys picking up men they think are girls.
I’m glad I have been long married, and not a young man in the dating world these days.

But in reality, it is fair to say there is a serious psychological, spiritual and physical component to this. What “trans” women (aka biological men) want is the right to represent themselves as women to biological men. And they don’t want straight biological men to have the right to reject them. This is nothing more than the twisted extension of the concept that their rights trump the God-given rights of conscience, property, and association.
The homoLeft calls what your buddy did the “gay panic defense.” Several states are busy trying to eliminate this as a legitimate defense for such people tricked by the deception. In other words, it is a license to deceive.
Before long, merely turning down a date with a cross-dresser will be deemed criminal.

A "transgender woman" is a man who wishes to consider himself to be a woman.
Whenever you see "transgender", just substitute "fake", and you will have the accurate description.
He listed himself as a "pre-op", meaning he has not yet had the operation and still has his dick. He just likes trying to pass himself off as a woman.

That actually helps... like bleach blondes are not blondes, they are dark-haired people who have bleached their hair. So, you shouldn’t call them any kind of “blonde”, because they aren’t blonde.
But... using your device; when I see the word “bleach”, just substitute the word “fake”, and Voila! They are indeed blondes - fake blondes!
What I am anticipating are fraud lawsuits directed at transgenders for pretending to be what they are not: fertile.
That is, individuals investing in the social scene are often looking for potential spouses with the ability to produce children. So they invest their time, effort, money and reputation to find such potential spouses.
Using false pretenses, transgenders typically pretend to be fertile potential spouses, thus defrauding others from their investments, which may be considerable.
The bottom line to this is to force disclosure before any commitments are made. This is expected of about any other legal contract. Heck, many universities are now requiring their students to sign “consent to have sex” forms prior to having sex.
Since the argument would be made that this is discriminatory, the disclosure would not have to be that they were transgender, just that they were *unable*, not just *unwilling* to have children.
There are many sterile heterosexual men and women, naturally and artificially, so this law would apply to them as well.
Finally, this would incorporate a recognition in the law that for some people, *the primary purpose of sex is not pleasure, but reproduction*. And that they have the *right* to use their sexuality for that end. And not to have their resources stolen from them under false pretenses.
