It all adds up to neurological problems.
I had the same reaction, she’s blaming the shoes so she kicks them off. But after a couple FReepers have mentioned a neural disorder causing a loss of sensation in the feet, she may have kicked the shoes off because she thought she might be able to get a better feel for the steps in her bare feet. I think this video displays her neurological disease, like the others during the campaign.
Because thast's what I do and that's how badly my knees don't bend walking down stairs.
This is my observation, as well.
She is being held by her left side, and she cannot negotiate stairs on her left side.
I would feel sorry for her if she had chosen to not LIE about her health (but then, she lies about everything; she lies when the truth would have served her better; she lies to herself about why she lost the election.)

When you go off to Asia or Europe...to see a lot of these places, it requires walking....real walking. I wouldn’t be surprised if an American tourist put in four to six miles in a single day.
So this all leads most Americans to consider shoe ‘A’ or shoe ‘B’. ‘A’ is the comfortable choice with usually a slick sole. ‘B’ is the lesser-comfortable shoe with tread, thicker bottom, and more likely to make your feet sore at the end of the day. In her case, I think she went with the comfort choice and slick bottom.
If you asked the Indian folks around this stairway area about daily falls by tourists...they’d probably grin and admit five or six fall each day.

Her “team of doctors” recommended *rest* for a sprained hand?!!! She had to cancel events due to that sprained hand? Something tells me her team of doctors discovered much more than a sprained hand during that examination.
The steps are uneven or worn-down, but she’s not steady on her feet either.
I always been a strong believer in the “Law of re-distribution” in other words, if you dish out crap, lies and deceit for the better part of your life, eventually it will come back to hound you. I have a feeling that the end of her days will not be pretty. Not to mention that she certainly had to be aware of her condition prior to running for the presidency, and to execute this job it takes about all of someone’s resolve as well as excellent health.
Being aware herself of the poor shape she was in even then, it certainly took a lot of gall and disregard for the American public to say the least. Unless of course she anticipated to be no more than a figure head and would sign just about any kind of crap her socialistic Kameraden would put in front of her. We got lucky as apparently a Higher Power must have felt pity for the United States and prevented this poor excuse of humanity from becoming the next president.
The good news is she fell “backwards”! LOL. Ain’t karma a b*tch?

If this happened to Pelosi, I would understand how a sprained hand could prevent her from giving a speech.
