My guess is some form of neural degeneration resulting in neuropathy. Sometimes the person does not know exactly where their feet are because they can't feel them. Compare her symptoms to someone suffering from kuru.

Not defending Hillary Clinton but those steps are a definite hazard due to the narrow depth of the steps. Here in the U.S. its mandatory that steps be a minimum of 9 1/2".....Those steps are obviously narrower.
At the plant I used to work in, maintenance put a back door to the second floor conference rooms with a metal stairway down to the shop floor. The steps were the bare minimum depth and I had to use the hand rail for safety, especially because of the metal steps and the oily floors.......

The human equivalent of mad cow was observed among canabals in the new Guinea islands. Perhaps the rumors of blood feasts are true. Perhaps.

THAT SAID...we all have to go at some point. I would like to know, given that President Clinton signed the Organ Donor Leave Act to encourage federal employees to donate their organs, if Hillary's organs will be donated to save lives. If not, why? Oh for Cripes sake! Would YOU allow one of her organs to be put in your body or that of one of your loved ones?
Will we all have to write "No Organ Donations From Hillary Clinton" on our emergency instructions?!!!
Will they have to develop special anti-rejection drugs for her body parts? I mean, sure, they could infuse holy water, but that would surely kill the transplanted organ....

And this crippled cow wanted to be President. She can't even stand UP. Even a slaughterhouse rejects a downer cow.

She used her right hand to catch herself on the first fall. There wan no support on the right side then. Someone quickly descended to support her right side.
A sprain from that incident leads one to conclude that in addition to lack of muscular strength in her ankles, she has poor tone in her arms and wrist.
Her days of being out and about are nearing an end.

Her days of being out and about are nearing an end. No problem, there will be a long line of presstitutes out the door wherever she ends up.

Kuru. You think she was eating human brains?
But I'm not ruling that out, either.
To: 17th Miss Regt
The symptoms are somewhat congruent, I’m not ruling it out either.
Seems unlikely, doesn’t it?

Odd trip. One of her scheduled events is to meet with carpet makers. This is the first I have heard of need for a team of doctors re a sprained hand.

Could be, so focused on an “easy” task she lost operational focus.
