NYT is saying Saconne at 60 percent chance of winning. That is amazing to me. I would think liberal NYT’s would say 0 percent chance. This was updated at 9:08 so that is pretty much now. You have to go down on the page some to see it.

The Penn. Supreme Court ruled that the existing Congressional districts violated the state Constitution and imposed a new map.
If not halted by a pending lawsuit in federal court. Then the new districts will be used for the 2018 election.
This election is for the remaining term until January 2019.

Whoever wins will have to decide which new district they will run in and perhaps may not be able to win at all depending on who is currently in the area around the district. The district will be part of 2 new districts that may have another person in the office.
