Sex reassignment doesnt work. Its impossible to reassign someones sex physically, and attempting to do so doesnt produce good outcomes psychosocially.

These days the trannies mostly don’t even bother with the surgery. They just declare their sex and perhaps take hormones.
I’ve heard it stated, and I believe this, that the full “surgery” (butchery) is still not very common in either men or women who are sex confused. This is particularly true for women who think they’re men, mostly only having their breast cut off. Very few have an “addadictome” (thanks, Rush) because they end up being little more than contrived skin tags.
I watched a biography of Rodney Dangerfield on Youtube over the weekend. He really did have a hard live. His father was absent apparently because his mom really was horrible. He became the bread winner of the family at a very early age.
