The public must be allowed to see the security video from outside last month’s shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, a judge ruled Monday.
The South Florida Sun Sentinel, along with other media organizations, sued the Broward Sheriff’s Office last month for access to the video, arguing that it is critical for the public to analyze law enforcement’s response to the shooting.

Did the judge order it had to be the original video? I bet they alter, modify, edit, and delete any incriminating parts.
In an ongoing investigation, that’s not unusual.
I’d like to see what happened inside the school. That is where the crime took place.
Cause it shows his deputies sitting on their thumbs instead of going in and killing the shooter.
‘cause he knows it makes his department’s response look like sh!t. He should resign. Maybe in the special election that would follow, Coward County would elect yet another Dem, and the DOP can claim a “blue wave”. But he should be gone yesterday.

If that were the case, BSO wouldn’t have fought to hide it. BSO was always going to lose this thanks to Florida’s sunshine law. Bet the bean counters refused to pay for further litigation.

that’s the same thing as at Waco;
when the party didn’t turn out as planned, the ATF suddenly turned on the television news crew they had invited along and physically assaulted them, smashing their cameras and ripping the cassettes out of the camera.
they also later claimed they lost the huge metal front door of the Waco compound which would have shown the direction of Fire.
You should take this opportunity now to also note that the American public has not seen a single second of any of the hundreds of video cameras active for the Las Vegas concert Massacre.
The pattern we see is that there are cameras absolutely everywhere covering Joe six-pack but none are trained on the actions of the government, which covers up at every turn.

And not just public cameras but hardly any cell phone videos. Probably only the ones that got out before they could do anything about it. Everyone has cell phones...there should be dozens, if not hundreds, of videos from different people. Not including of course security camera footage of the entire hotel !

Seizing video and then destroying it or hiding it is a popular hobby for the BCSD.
They’ve been sued almost endlessly for this criminal behavior over the past twenty years.
