"Feelings"

An odd construct in judicial responsibilities as it is nowhere defined either directly or by inference in the constitution they have sworn oath to?

Glad to see this black robed cat understands (at least for now) that how he or she feels about a matter before the court is irrelevant.

Judging by this statement, the judge is distinguishing his feeling from his obligation to rule by the law. I’d prefer that judges didn’t express feelings as part of their opinion, but he didn’t go rogue. I also like that he called on the Legislative and Executive branches to do their job.
