That’s my way of thinking too! It isn’t like coyotes who get out at night. It’s out and about during the day too.
But Hubby isn’t hot on shooting any kind of cat and I can sympathize in a way.
We need to get a large enough live trap to capture it and haul it off. The largest we have is good for catching raccoons but too small for that cat.
Do you have a county agent or animal rescue center who could trap him and take him somewhere else? They’re beautiful animals, but they don’t need to live in your barn.
