FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): White House trade adviser Peter Navarro; Business Roundtable President Joshua Bolten.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross; Sen. Anus King, I-Maine.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Navarro; Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.; Andrew Pollack, father of student killed in Florida school shooting.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Ross; Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn.; former White House chief of staff Reince Priebus.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Navarro; Manchin; Gov. John Kasich, R-Ohio.
Mr Trump reserves the right to maintain our ability to make steel and aluminum without begging a supply from our potential enemies.
I heard/read that Steel industry had a boom past year, regarding recently lost jobs, most were due to automation, and that 70% of our steel usage is domestic...
Not sure the entire story is being told...
That is what I thought.
So, when a country dumps a product on America through lower prices by subsidies and Trump puts a tariff on it, the tariff goes to the treasury.
From a Capitalism standpoint it means the subsidy actually goes to the US Treasury rather than the State producer. The consumer is hurt by not being subsidized by the producing country.
What the mediots don’t understand about a Trade War is we have all the cards. We are the biggest marketplace on the planet by a large margin. If they want entry they play by our rules not the other way around.
Let me know when you find out! I live alone so I didn't load it for more than 2 cups and the basket holds that. The old non-electric heirloom doesn't have that problem either! Old is better!
And if you're making coffee for other people too, make them brew it or clean up! ;)
Seriously though I think that if the water has filled the basket it'll just sit there where it is, no?
Ha! It’s hard enough remembering to put the coffee pot back IN the coffee maker when I’m in a caffeine lacking stupor... Imagine me trying something fancy as espresso or latte!
And I live in rural Alabama. I once lived outside of Brindisi, Italy and I loved going out for a morning espresso, cappuccino or latte, just impossible to get here where I now live.
Brilliant post and the mad muzzies do play the long game. The question is can they remain brainwashed for another couple of centuries and still survive?
thanks for the compliment. Learned that “ long game theory” here on FR.
Centuries from now if they are successful they will tear themselves apart as its in their DNA...
Chris Wallace is insufferable.
If you want a taste of MSM, consider CBS. New host Brennan is doing well, without the snarkisness and blinded reality. Id like (we all should) like that show to succeed over political hacks F. Chuck Ross, and Georgy on ABC. Or Wallace for that matter.
thanks will give it a try.

Agree. Trump as an international businessman knows that. The MSM and pols just spit out what they think will cause people to go against him....
Go for it Donald we have your back :):)
You and Grandma....and for exactly the same reasons.
I'll pass along the suggestion I made to her all those long years ago: Treat them like all other "entertainment" posing as something meaningful and leave the sound off.
I started that trick with Monday Night Football after exactly two weeks of Howard Cosell. (Although I recall some less enlightened sports fans who would pay to go to a sports bar where the winner of the nightly pool got to heave a brick through the TV when HOW-aaaard got on his Halftime Talkathon....)

The major talking points of the day
It was all about tariffs and gun control.
A spectacular smack down of host Chris Wallace by White House trade adviser Peter Navarro. He didn’t take any crap.

Tom Brokaw on the round table lectures us on our need for gun control. Isn’t it time for this guy to retire?

FACE THE NATION (CBS): Navarro; Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.; Andrew Pollack, father of student killed in Florida school shooting.
Here’s a thought, father of student killed in Florida shooting, Andres Pollack was a guest. This guy has potential. Look for him to run for an office in the not too distant future.

“...insanity of the muslim invation of the west into Europe from the north of Africa is stunning...”
Yes indeed - and Hilaire Belloc warned us of this exact threat in the 1930’s
Thank you for posting the picture of the yellow cardinal. So beautiful!!!!
You’re very welcome.
I thought it was the big news item of the week.
Based on your dooms day scenario coming November 2018 I say your spilled coffee did, in fact, alter your meds that were neatly stowed on your kitchen counter. My God man it’s time for you to add a taste of Ireland to your cup of Joe.
Honestly I have held Sessions in high regards for years and feel he played a major role in getting Donald over the line. Some of the jaw dropping turnouts in Alabama and the panhandle for Trump rallies added credibility to the idea that Trump could actually upset the witch. With Jeff and Donald side by side the shocking thought of it “couldn’t happen” morphed to “it just could happen”.
With Senator Schmuckoo and 41 votes Trump knows he can’t replace Sessions I guess? He has decided to try and shame Jeff into a set of balls. That’s all I have this week? I’m at a loss.
She: Those red cardinals sure are pretty.
He: Not as pretty as the yellow ones. [running joke, she talks about green plants too]
Next day, news story hits about yellow cardinals, and here I thought I was making stuff up out of thin air.
NBC Meet the Press - March 4, 2018: Wilbur Ross, Angus King
CHUCK TODD: But -- you know, there is something here at the center of why he's this erratic right now. It's Russia. It's the Mueller probe. It's getting closer.
CNN State of the Union - March 4, 2018: John Kasich, Joe Manchin, Peter Navarro
CBS Face the Nation - March 4, 2018: Lindsey Graham, Joe Manchin, Peter Navarro
PAGE: You know, it's interesting that we did a poll about what's at the top -- the "USA Today"/Suffolk poll about what's the top issue affecting your vote in November? And we had polled a thousand registered voters. Five of them said Russia meddling in the election. Not 5 percent, five individuals of the thousand we polled.
Fox News Sunday - March 4, 2018: Peter Navarro, Joshua Bolten
Europe has seen this before.
Idiots.
What a gorgeous golden cardinal. Of course, the pic must have been Photoshopped, because Dick Mueller tells us that all cardinals are, by definition, scarlet.
Thanks, I suspect I can find Reelz
LOL
