Mueller has managed to find dirt on several people and get them indicted and I’m supposed to believe Sessions is ‘about to get them’.
You point, 1 year, 22 days is spot on - something should have happened by now. The survival of our Republic depends on it - clear focus, all hands on deck, get the subversives, save the country - that is Job One, Jeff. You can investigate MS13, drug runners, sanctuary cities, etc. once we’ve got our country back.
Now now, I’m sure that as soon as Sessions figures out who is going to do his work for him so he can pursue leading the Justice Department with “integrity and fairness” that we will see some movement on blatant government corruption and government law breaking.
These things take time, doncha know?

I can think of several reasons and all of them have the rank odor of a continuing cover-up to protect corrupt people with, or formerly with, the DOJ.
The problem with firing Sessions is his second in command will take the lead and we know the Senate will give Trump a hard time on a successor. Now what Trump SHOULD do is fire as many top people as necessary until he drills down to an honest person as interim head. He might have to get rid of the top 10 or 20 people but so what?
This is a good idea, JR. Start with #2 and work down, #3, #4, etc until a true patriot is reached. THEN we’d be in a good position to deal with #1! I like it.
