Supporters of Attorney General Jeff Sessions are pushing back after President Donald Trumps tweet on Wednesday in which he called the AGs reliance on Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz disgraceful.

Hannity, Lou Dobbs, and I’m sure a few more have no confidence
in Alfred E. Sessions. Cousin of Alfred E. Newman (What Me Worry)
AG Sessions’ voluntary recusual refers only to the Trump/Russia campaign collusion issue. He is not recused from prosecuting those involved in DOJ/FBI corruption, the Uranium One racket, HRC emails, or any other crimes committed by Dems.
Moreover, while the IG cannot prosecute, he can effect arrests and make criminal referrals to the AG who, in turn, can and will prosecute.
If Rosenstein is corrupt - and he probably is - he will be exposed in the IG report as well and will be cut loose as so many others (Comey, McCabe, Rybicki, Baker, Kortan) have been already.
The speculation at Conservative Treehouse is that the other corrupt officials (Priestap, Ohr, Ohr, Page, Sztrock) are all cooperating with investigators.
Patience is a virtue.
Sessions is making it hard to give him the benefit of the doubt but I still have a dim ray of hope he will redeem himself before the year is out.
Thank you. This causes a dilemma as I have confidence in all these people. It does not make sense that Sessions thinks he can ignore this forever.
“King outlines how Sessions and President Trump have, in so many words, set up the rats and their media to once again step on a garden rake.”
DC leaks like a sieve! The only people they think are being fooled is US!! Big mistake! Sessions needs to make public a whole string of indictments in the next 1-2 months, due to the midterm elections. These indictments need to include all the characters mentioned so many times on this site—the Clintons, Podesta, Rat politicians, Rat agency heads, blah, blah, blah. It will NOT HAPPEN! We have perused the statues, laws, history, etc. We know who should be indicted. Anything less is a failure by this AG!!
I AGREE!
Your post #26 is TOO LOGICAL and TRUTHFUL for those that CANNOT read the writing on the wall.

That's false. Sessions is recused from all matters connected to Hillary. FISA abuses, emails, Clinton foundation, Uranium One...all of it.
Sessions' confirmation hearing (excerpt)
I believe the proper thing for me to do, would be to recuse myself from any questions involving those kind of investigations that involve Secretary Clinton and that were raised during the campaign or to be otherwise connected to it.
GRASSLEY: OK. I think, that's -- let me emphasize then with a follow up question. To be very clear, you intend to recuse yourself from both the Clinton e-mail investigation and any matters involving the Clinton Foundation, if there are any?
SESSIONS: Yes.
If Rosenstein is corrupt - and he probably is - he will be exposed in the IG report as well and will be cut loose as so many others (Comey, McCabe, Rybicki, Baker, Kortan) have been already.
The upcoming IG report won't cover Uranium One and the FISA abuses. The IG is just starting a FISA abuse review now, and that should probably take another 15 months. There's already enough evidence from the Congressional committees to start prosecuting now. Add to that, Sessions put Rosenstein in charge of the DOJ's current Uranium One investigation. Rosenstein was the prosecutor who helped bury Uranium One in 2015, he's the one who picked Deep State Mueller to be SC, and he signed off on one of the fraudulent FISC applications.
The speculation at Conservative Treehouse is that the other corrupt officials (Priestap, Ohr, Ohr, Page, Sztrock) are all cooperating with investigators.
Since the IG doesn't have any power to prosecute, the five that you mention would had to have made a deal with Rosenstein, the equally involved in FISA abuses, Acting AG, on all matters connected to Hillary, as appointed by Sessions.
Patience is a virtue.
Knowing the facts is a virtue. It's all as I said in my first post.
There would be no need to apologize.
You are simply taking Jeff Sessions at his words and deeds. If Sessions changes his tune, which I doubt, and which is probably not legally possible since he recused himself under oath, there would be nothing for you to apologize about.
>>The mueller coup has being going on for a year now thanks to that backstabbing rat bastard jeff sessions. At every turn he has defended the swamp over the rule of law...over President Trump. Anyone still not clear whose side he’s on is most likely retarded.<<
Careful now, don’t distract them. The Sessions cheerleaders are currently practicing their favorite cheers.
Yup.
Those are some of the many words and deeds from Jeff Sessions showing that he is recused on all matters that are connected to the Deep State investigations of Hillary Clinton.
And that he has left in charge, Rod The-Fox-In-The-Henhouse RosenWeasel, the Deep State hack, who is just as involved in all of this as the people he is supposedly investigating.
Sessions is clueless, and the fairytale believers who still support him need to wake up, learn the facts, and help Donald Trump push this useless pant load out the DOJ door.
>>These are the facts one would have to ignore, to defend Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III.<<
Shame on you, bludgeoning Sleepy’s cheerleaders with inconvenient facts.
>>He is either inept or compromised.<<
And since no one with a normally functioning brain can be so inept, there’s really only one explanation. He’s a puppet of the Deep State and President Trump’s Achilles’ Heel.
Words for Trump are a form of negotiating.. just watch the actions. Sessions will be fine... Trump's messages are for others.

I hope you’re correct. I just can’t understand the motives of those who think attempts to replace AG Sessions would be anything short of the end of the Trump administration.
