After Pres Trump’s comments yesterday I’m surprised they are not demanding full repeal of 2nd Amendment.
They have no intention of trying to repeal the 2nd Amendment. They want judges who will just rule that it doesn't apply because it is "out of date".
Remember the live bipartisan immigration round table the Pres. had with congresscriters. He listened, threw some ideas out and then said what the bill had to have in it. The pro Daca libs and rinos ran out and put together an outlandish dead on arrival bill. He played them like a fiddle and made them look foolish. Maybe this gun control round table is same song second verse.

That is what he wants them to do, he will toss it into their lap and watch it fail BIG time. I am amazed at how well he plays these fools, the best I have ever seen bar none. He tosses them a shovel then stands back and watches them bury themselves alive. Clue: Do not play poker with President Trump if you like your shirt.
Not that I like his comments yesterday, but I believe Trump may be getting quoted out of context. His due process later quote was I believe regarding criminals and mentally ill. Don’t like the slippery slope that approachs, but I think he was trying to come up with a way to keep people like Cruz from having a gun.

Same thing he did with DACA. Let the Democrats be emboldened to do something wildly unpopular and wrong, and then make them look like fools again.
Id like to think Trump’s comment was designed to smoke out where the Dems really stand. Much like the, I will sign anything DACA quip.
I was amazed to see Trump say confiscate the guns first then handle the legal case.???
