If Trump is playing the Democrats like he did with DACA then we need to watch for the poison pill; what can he get put into the bill that the Democrats themselves will reject.
One possibility is national reciprocity. I think he may have been feeling out the liberals to judge whether having that in the bill would kill it.
Another possibility would be mandating that schools allow teachers with carry permits to carry in classrooms. I'm not sure that the Demoncrats would go for that. Perhaps that will be in the bill and kill it dead.
Anybody else have ideas on what Trump could use to kill this nonsense. Keep in mind that the goal is to have the Democrats vote to keep the bill from reaching Trump's desk just like he did with DACA.
