Outrageous. Totally unconstitutional.
While I am quite pleased with the vast majority of Trump’s actions, we can’t say he was always a solid conservative. He’s a functional conservative more often than I expected, which is a surprise. But odd deviations like this are what I expected, while I supported him.
He could be playing a trick with the Rats, getting them to say just what you said.
