President Trump sent Congress the largest-ever publicly disclosed request for spy agency funding, the administration revealed Tuesday.
Details about the so-called black budget are slim, but Trump is requesting $59.9 billion for non-military intelligence agencies and $21.2 billion for military intelligence in fiscal 2019.
The civilian spy request is 3.8 percent higher than what Trump requested last year, and the military figure is 2.4 percent higher than last years request.

And in accordance with the Democrat MEMO from the House Intelligence committee, we are free to weaponize those agencies to spy on Democrats and do it with the bogus Fisa courts on made up smears paid for by taxpayer and political party money!! OUR TURN!!!
I suspect that these budgets for the past 8 years have been spent on matters that contribute more to internal political security for the Democrats than anything having todo with national security. President Trump may have significant catching up to do.
And in which year was the ‘Black budget’ not a record over the previous year?

For the last 20 minutes there has been a small orange dot type radar return on the Mexican border on weather radar. Orange = 35,000 feet as I recall. It is not moving with the other rain clouds shown in green.
Hmm. Weird. Need one of the vets who worked radar tp comment.
Considering what the agencies have done with their money in the past I am not too enthusiastic about this. Black ops are inherently suspicious.
Ugly. And I was hoping for him to defund and shut down these rogue agencies.
Trump is an efficiency and security Republican, not so much a small-government small l libertarian Republican. We knew that going in.
We better have a hell of a Stargate out of all of this...just sayin.
