Some eye opening FACTS that the left doesn't want to face. I had no idea about most of these numbers.

Interesting article. But I wonder if Mark Landsbaum read the Atlantic article. In his article he refers many times to the doctor in the
Atlantic article as "he."
The author of the Atlantic article, as you can see by following that link, is named Heather Sher. Not exactly a "he" unless, of course Heather identifies as male.

I cannot see that guy’s name without thinking of the DI in the movie “Full Metal Jacket”...

I started to read it, and just stopped. It was completely an emotionally driven diatribe.
I am sick of it. I couldn’t even finish the article.

It sounds like the doctor’s complaint was with the 5.56mm cartridge. Does he even know it can be fired from other firearms, including bolt action rifles and even handguns?

That M1A is a SOCOM 16 and I doubt it is accurate out to 800 yards. It is more of a CQB weapon. Springfield Armory just came out with an M1A in 6.5 Creedmoor which is very accurate out to 1000 yards.

I doubt it. She likely knows absolutely nothing about firearms themselves. When I read it, it just reeks of everything coming from the Left on this subject.

With the right load and the right shooter, the M1 can be very effective to at least 1200 yards. Some say even further.
Probably not with iron sights only.
30-06 is still a very incredible cartridge.

Friends, remember not to shoot people, throw them off of overpasses or run over them with vehicles. Okay?

And, if I’m remembering correctly, it was students (and possibly some faculty) who, after realizing what was happening, retrieved their own weapons from their vehicles and laid down suppressing fire that kept the turd from injuring additional people and allowed the police to rush the tower and take him down.

Actually, it’s a Scout model. Kinda splits the difference between SOCOM and M1A standard.
